How much are the postage/delivery costs?

Delivery is FREE (Uk only), All parcels are sent via Royal Mail all packages above £20 are insured for loss and damage in transit. Currently, we are only able to post acrylic backed signs within the UK due to the weight of the signs, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, stickers and indoor signs can be sent abroad,  please contact us for postage costs.

 

What if there's a problem with my delivery or it doesn't arrive?

If your parcel does arrive to you damaged, please take a photo and send it to us via our email (sales@mickiwillows.co.uk), this is required by the courier company. Please allow 14 days for parcels to arrive once despatched. I am unable to contact the delivery companies before this time (unless the package is damaged). 

 

What are the sizes of the signs?

The outdoor signs are available in Small Letterbox (21cmx9cm) Letterbox (29.9cm x 6.8cm) A5 (14.8x21cm) A4 (21x29.7cm)  A3 (29.7x42 cm) A2(42cm x 59.4cm).

 

Are the signs ok to be used outdoors?

Yes - the outdoor signs are made using 3mm thick acrylic, which the edges are hand sanded. The vinyl that we use is weatherproof from -40℃ to +105℃ and is fade resistant for 3-5 years, though we have signs which are 5+ years old and still look new, even though they are permanently outside in all weather.

 

What's included and what's not?

All the signs come pre-made with screw holes ready to be put up. Please note, screws and rawl plugs are NOT included, this is for several reasons, firstly, depending on what you're drilling into will depend on what fixings you will need and I am unable to stock vast types of fixings, secondly, the added weight that the screws are, bump up the delivery costs dramatically, to which I would have to forward this cost onto you, the customer, which I wasn't happy to do. What you DO get are the screw caps, these make your signs look super professional, and prevent little fingers from playing with the screws.

Stickers come pre-made with transfer tape, instructions and a squeegee tool (squeegee tool sent with wall stickers, not mud kitchen stickers).

Payment Methods

The website uses Paypal as a safe method of transferring money, if your school or business is unable to use Paypal then bank transfer/cheque is accepted - please contact us via the "Contact" page to arrange this.

In addition to this, the website now accepts card payments via "Stripe" (updated June 2020)

 

Donations

We get numerous requests throughout the year for donations of goods for charity. Currently, we aim to donate one A4 sign a month to help raise funds for organisations and business. We do cover the cost of delivery (Uk only). Please contact us through the "Contact" page.

Periodically we will run competitions and special offers via our Facebook page, this is in no way linked with Facebook.

 

Privacy Policy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.  We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. We will only contact you if there is an enquiry about your order, we only send out new information/newsletters to those who subscribe to our newsletter.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Please note that Wix.com uses cookies, and seeks your consent before use of website.
